A $35 deposit is required for ALL appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel within 24 hrs of service appointment in order to receive a refund of deposit.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
There is a 15 minute grace period before your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
No call, No shows X2 will NO longer be able to book.
NEW post surgical clients who are less than 7 days post and require lymphatic massages for relief of fluid build up, soreness, discomfort, and difficulty walking can schedule house calls with an additional travel fee of $25 within a 30 mile radius.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WHEN BOOKING WITH FIXED ON BEAUTY MED AND SPA YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE POLICIES.
